Our objective was clear: to upgrade the existing Conventional Fire Detection and Alarm System of the Girl's Residence Hall at PSHS-CLC with a modern Addressable Fire Detection and Alarm System - Asenware Brand. This project aims not only to enhance fire safety measures but also to minimize disruption to the existing infrastructure.
Scope of work
The scope of our work covered a comprehensive overhaul of the existing system, including the replacement of outdated components such as smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual call points, and the control panel. Adhering to strict safety standards and regulations was of great importance throughout the entire process.
Site Survey: We conducted a thorough assessment to determine the compatibility and optimal placement of devices within the Girl's Residence Hall.
Design & Estimation: Before proceeding with the installation, our team conducted a detailed design phase, assessing the specific needs and layout of the Girl's Residence Hall. This involved estimating the required materials, labor, and resources to ensure an efficient and effective implementation.
Device and Wiring Replacement: Outdated components were then replaced with state-of-the-art addressable equivalents and the wiring infrastructure was upgraded for seamless communication.
System Upgrade: The conventional control panel was replaced with an addressable control panel, customized to meet the facility's specific requirements.
Testing and Commissioning: Rigorous testing ensured proper functionality and synchronization, followed by comprehensive user orientation and support provisions
