BFP FIRE PREVENTION MONTH 2022 THEME
Fire incidents in the Philippines are high in March. During this Fire Prevention Month, iHudyat Inc is one with the BFP in reminding everyone to keep safe.
Our goal during Fire Prevention Month is to
educate and raise public awareness!
In the year 2021 Fire Statistics show that 39.6% of all recorded fires occur in Residences. This is followed by Mercantile (stores, shops, and factory outlets) with 4.32% and 12222Industrial (factories and manufacturing/assembly plants) with 2.7%
The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) has recorded 14.57% Electrical Ignition caused by Arcing as the number one cause of destructive fire across the country. Fires caused by carelessly discarded cigarette butts come in at second at 5.23%
